We offer a lower rate for 1st lien home equity loans. Rates are a based on the term, amount financed and the tax assessed value. Rates change weekly. Please call and speak to one of our home equity specialists for more details.

2nd lien Home Equity

*Borrow off tax assessment minus the balance of the first mortgage:

  • 5 years – 7.75% APR


  • 6 years to 10 years – 8.50% APR
